From the time the Return ID is generated, we shall keep you posted on the date the refund towards your returned product would be initiated.
If we are picking up the product, we will do so within 3 Business Days.
If you’re shipping the product to us, your refund should get initiated within 1 Business Day from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse.
So, in case you’ve missed the order delivery-

The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order.
If you want to have each product packed separately, we recommend that you place an order for each product individually.
Alternatively, you can also login to AJIO.com and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status.
On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.

So, in case you’ve missed the order delivery-

Second thing to do: Give us a call on 1800 8899 991 or write to us at customercare@ajio.com and we shall take care of it.
That being said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges.
We are not saying that this will be permanent; your pin code might be COD- enabled in the future. Do check!
Confirmed: This means that an order has been placed and the confirmation has been sent to you.
Packed: This means that your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
Dispatched: This means that the order is speeding towards you.
Delivered: This means that the order has been delivered to you.
Once you log in
1. Look to the top right corner of your screen
2. Click on My Account
3. On the next page that pops up, you’ll be able to see details of all your orders
4. Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it
5. Voila! The order has been cancelled
1. The order might have already been packed or shipped out; in which case you can refuse the delivery of the order. No worries!
2. Something might not be working as it's supposed to on the website. Give us a call or send us an email and we'll help in fixing it.

E.g. If the order value is Rs.9000, the processing fee charged by the payment gateway might be Rs.9
Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards can be used to avail the EMI offer.

Fashion & Lifestyle products: If you do not find the product satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
• It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
• It should be unwashed. We don’t want you wasting any detergent! ☺
• The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present
• The product must be returned within 30 days
• Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product
Digital products: If there are any issues with the operating of the product or any other functioning issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and we shall process a return.

To avoid any confusion or delays, our courier partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.
Here are some conditions which might cause a return to get rejected:
1. For Fashion & Lifestyle products, in case the 30 days return period has lapsed, the product cannot be returned to us.
2. For Electronic or Digital products, in case the 7 days return period has lapsed, the product cannot be returned to us. In case of any issues with the product, you can reach out to the brand customer care team
3. For Electronics, if the reason for return is “Change of Mind” or if you don’t need the product anymore.
4. If the product has been picked up, and it fails the quality check at our warehouse due to product usage, defect, missing tags or packaging, the return might get rejected. We will then ship the product back to you at no extra cost.
5. We also do not process a return for items that are classified as non-returnable. You can refer to the Non-Returnable policy for more details.
Digital products: Any Jio MyFi device cannot be returned. You can get in touch with the Jio Customer Care team on 1800-88-99999 or care@jio.com; and any issues will be addressed.
To be certain if the product is non-returnable or not, you can refer to the disclaimer provided in the Returns tab provided on the Product Display Page.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.

1. Within 30 days (for Fashion & Lifestyle products) or 7 days (for Digital products) from the date of delivery, please ensure that the Return ID is generated. We will request you to self- ship this item.

4. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
5. Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your refund.
Along with the amount you paid for the product, we will also refund an additional Rs.150/- to your Store Credit account. It’s our way of saying “Thanks for taking the trouble!”

Note: Postpaid Bill generation date should not be older than 3 months from date of application and your address should be clearly visible.
1. You will have to purchase a JioFi online on AJIO.com and upon delivery visit nearest Jio store/Reliance Digital store.
2. Activate your New Jio SIM card with a first recharge of 408/608 to get Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan Offer.
3. Submit/return the Old dongle/router at any Jio Store/Reliance Digital store within 15days of SIM activation. (Old JioFi device /Jio Dongle can’t be returned and are not covered under this offer).
4. Sign a declaration form and provide the new activated Jio Number which is used with JioFi device. Obtain a dongle returned receipt from the store.
5. Post expiry of Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan (84 days since the day of SIM activation), you will receive additional top-up of 5 GB per month worth 201/- every time you recharge with Rs. 149/- and above plan recharges for next subsequent 10 recharges.
6. The offer is applicable to both pre-paid and post-paid plans.
